The appointment system is useless and wast of time. It does not give you all time's availability. Only a few times. The appointments should like dairy: you give 10 minutes per person but the dairy does not look like this. you go on site and have a look. It's frustrating to book an appointment of your choice. It took me 4weeks to get a appointment.

We have seen Dr Zaman for a very long time now and whenever we want to see him...99% of the time we do get to see him (he deserves a break) always very helpful and sincere and resolves our issues very prompt and efficient... The best and the longest general practitioner we have been with our prayers are always with him...keep up the hard work

Considering it is such a busy practice the staff are always willing to help as best as they can. If it is an issue the reception staff can't help with they will find out and get back to you. There is usually happy faces to welcome you and try to put you at ease. The GPs are knowledgeable and caring. The nurses are all very good and will also try their best to help if they can.

I really do rate the GPs at this Surgery...also the nurses I have seen are lovely. My only issue with this surgery is how hard it is to acquire an appointment. You need to phone on the day...you cant pre book appointments. For a person working full time this is fairly impossible. Being able to phone or pop in to pre book an appointment is what is missing from this surgery.
